6 guides · Reviewed on October 13, 2026.

01 Sign up as a professional

You create your account with the professional profile and enter your practice, your license number and your schedule. Cannis checks the license and approves your record.

What you need Your DNI, your license number (national or provincial), your practice details and a professional email.
Where it is done In «Crear cuenta», with the health professional profile
Create my account

Create your account and choose your profession

In «Elegí tu perfil» tap the health professional one. The first step creates your account and your professional record.

Enter your practice and your license

The steps «Tus datos y tu consultorio» (your details and your practice) and «Matrícula y especialidad» (license and specialty) ask for your ID, the practice address and the license type and number.

Contact, Repronline and schedule

In «Contacto profesional y recetas» (professional contact and prescriptions) you enter your professional email; in «Repronline y atención a pacientes» (Repronline and patient care) you choose whether you want to appear in Repronline's list of professionals once your profile is approved; and in «Tu agenda» (your schedule), the appointment length and your time slots.

Keep in mind

  • Cannis checks your license before approving your record. Meanwhile, your profile does not appear on Repronline.
  • Your signature and stamp go on the REPROCANN documents, and the signature also on your prescriptions: the Cannis team uploads them.
  • If under «Pacientes» you see «Ampliar plan» (upgrade plan) instead of «Nuevo paciente» (new patient), your plan is not open yet: write to us.

If something goes wrong

Your record is still pending
The Cannis team contacts you if something is missing. You can write to us on WhatsApp.

02 Your schedule

The length of each appointment, whether you work on holidays and your time slots. It is what Repronline offers the patient.

What you need Your professional record in Cannis Health.
Where it is done Cannis Health › Repronline › Mi agenda (my schedule)
Go to Mi agenda

Set up your schedule

In «Configuración» (settings) choose the «Duración de cada turno» (length of each appointment) and whether you work on holidays and bridge days.

Add your time slots

In «Agregar franja» (add time slot) choose the day, the start time and the end time, and tap «Agregar franja». Repeat it for every day you work.

Keep in mind

  • Patients can only book the free times within your slots.

03 Appointments and the REPROCANN application

You see the day's appointments and the applications to resolve, open each one and change its status until it is approved.

What you need Being enabled for a Repronline service.
Where it is done Cannis Health › Repronline › Turnos (appointments)
Go to Turnos

Sort your appointments

The tabs separate the day's schedule, paid applications «Sin agendar» (not scheduled), those «Por resolver» (to resolve) and the resolved ones.

Open the application

Each application has its record, «Trámite REPROCANN #…», with the clinical information, the patient's details and the payment status.

Change its status

When you file the application in the Ministry's system, move it to «Pendiente de evaluación» (pending assessment) and enter the application number the Ministry gave you. When it is approved, to «Aprobado» (approved).

Keep in mind

  • You file the application in the Ministry of Health's system: Cannis does not connect with the Ministry.
  • From the application's header you can relate the patient to an organization.

04 Patients and electronic prescriptions

You register your patients, record their treatment and, with the Pro Plan, issue electronic prescriptions.

What you need Your plan open. For prescriptions, the Pro Plan and your signature and stamp uploaded.
Where it is done Cannis Health › Atención › Pacientes y Recetas (care › patients and prescriptions)
Go to Pacientes

Register the patient

In «Pacientes» tap «Nuevo paciente», fill in their details and tap «Dar de alta» (register). Patients who come through Repronline appear on their own.

Issue the prescription

From the patient's record or in «Recetas» (prescriptions), «Nueva receta» (new prescription). Fill in the coverage and the content and tap «Emitir receta» (issue prescription). The prescription goes out through RCTA.

Keep in mind

  • An issued prescription cannot be voided from Cannis.

If something goes wrong

You see «Ampliar plan» instead of «Nuevo paciente»
Your plan is not open or you reached the patient cap: write to us.

05 WhatsApp follow-ups

With the Pro Plan, Cannis sends the patient a questionnaire on WhatsApp and you see the answers and the alerts.

What you need The Pro Plan and the patient's mobile number.
Where it is done Cannis Health › Atención › Seguimientos (care › follow-ups)
Go to Seguimientos

Send a questionnaire

In «Seguimientos médicos» (medical follow-ups), «Mandar uno ahora» (send one now): choose the patient and tap «Enviar el cuestionario» (send the questionnaire). They also go out on their own, at the frequency you set for each patient.

Review the answers

The answers go into the completed tab. If an answer points to something worth checking, the follow-up is flagged with an alert in your practice.

Keep in mind

  • An alert does not reach you as a separate notice: you see it in Follow-ups and in your practice.

06 Your earnings

For each application collected, what you are owed, in Friday-to-Friday periods.

What you need Applications collected through Repronline.
Where it is done Cannis Health › Finanzas › Operaciones (finance › operations)
Go to Operaciones

Check the period

«Acumulado del período» (period total) adds up what you are owed since the previous Friday; below, each operation with its patient and date.
